For the purpose of this "artist-kids" page definition, anyone under 18 is a kid.

However, since anyone can access the Internet (parents should monitor but sometimes don't) I have no way of knowing if the art submitted to us is from an eight year old (well, sometimes you may guess that part) or from an 18 year old or an 80 year old.

I don't believe in children having unsupervised emails or email accounts. Teenage is different with parental approval. I won't, for instance, have Heather's picture or her email (she doesn't have her own email) on her page.

If you'd like to speak with Christine or I, you can email us your phone number and we will call you. I don't put my phone number on this site for my own security reasons (I work in a prison).
